Located in a lovely grassy area overlooking the bay, the Bazaar of the Bizarre is a lively open-air market welcoming both festival attendees and the public. Free and open to all, the Bazaar draws curious crowds, devoted fans, and casual passersby alike, creating a bustling marketplace filled with spectacle and discovery.
Surrounded by the energy of the festival, this is where merchants, makers, and inventors become part of the experience. If you trade in oddities, artistry, invention, or finely crafted goods, we invite you to apply and claim your place among the Bazaar’s esteemed vendors. Bring your wares, spark curiosity, and help keep the gears of the Consortium turning.

Double Booth - $525 (10' deep by 20' wide space)

You, the vendor, assume all responsibility for any losses, damages, and/or claims arising out of injury or damage to guests, other vendors’ or exhibitors’ displays, equipment, and other property brought onto the premises of the Brass Screw Consortium event sites. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brass Screw Consortium, the event sites, and their agents, services, and employees from any losses, damages, or claims.
Where more than one exhibitor shares a booth space, the person whose name appears on this application assumes full responsibility for that area. The Brass Screw Vendor Coordinator must be notified at the time of application of any vendors intending to share a booth.
Although there is no formal dress code for vendors, we ask that you contribute to the aesthetics of the event through your choice of clothing during vendor area operating hours.
Vendors should arrive prior to 1:00 pm during set up to be ready for business by opening. Vendors agree to remain present and operating during all open hours of the vendor area. No early breakdown is allowed without prior consent from the Brass Screw Vendor Coordinator.
This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Vendors should be prepared for a variety of weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather or environmental conditions beyond the control of the Brass Screw Consortium.
Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of Washington State retail sales tax.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all items offered for sale comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The Brass Screw Consortium reserves the right to prohibit or remove any items deemed unsafe, illegal, or inconsistent with the nature of the event.
The Brass Screw Consortium reserves the right to remove any vendor, exhibitor, or assistant who fails to comply with event policies, misrepresents their wares, or engages in behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Removal may occur without refund.
Applications will be reviewed based on applicability of wares, date of receipt, and overall balance of the bazaar. The preferred application deadline is February 28, 2026; however, applications may continue to be accepted after that date if space remains available. Formal acceptance notifications will be sent by March 15, 2026. If selected, vendors will receive payment instructions via PayPal invoice. Payment is due by April 30, 2026. If payment is not received by the due date, the vendor’s space will be forfeited.
Vendors may cancel their participation up to May 15, 2026, to receive a refund of fees paid, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 15, 2026, are non-refundable.
By submitting this application to the Brass Screw Consortium’s Bazaar of the Bizarre, you agree to be bound by these terms. By submitting this application, you also grant the Brass Screw Consortium and Olympic Peninsula Steam permission to use your photograph, video, and audio likeness, artwork, profile, and/or story in future publications, web pages, and other promotional materials. This permission extends to assistants working at your booth in the vendor area. You understand these materials may be distributed worldwide and that no compensation will be provided for this use.
