Bazaar of the Bizarre Vendor Application
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in vending your wares at the 2023 Brass Screw Consortium’s Bazaar of the Bizarre.
This year, the Bazaar is moving to a large outdoor marquis tent, right in the heart of all the action. Yes, it will be better visibility, but the booth spaces will be smaller than they have been in years past. We are also adding an option for outdoor standalone 10’x10’ spaces (bring your own pop-up tent and add to the festivities). We understand that this is a change from previous years of an indoor venue, so we will also have overnight security keeping everything safe.

The Bazaar is open to the public, no ticket is required to enjoy the tent.

Featured Double Space Vendor $400
Single Space Vendor $225
Small Space Vendor $125
Outdoor Vendor $225
**Food vendors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permit from the Jefferson County Health Dept: Food Service Information & Applications | Jefferson County, WA (jeffersoncountypublichealth.org)
You, the vendor, assume all responsibility for any losses, damages, and/or claims arriving out of injury or damages to guests, other Vendors’ or Exhibitors’ displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the Brass Screw Confederacy event sites, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Brass Screw, the event sites, its agents, services, and employees for any losses, damages, and claims. Where more than one exhibitor shares one table, the person whose name appears on this application assumes full responsibility for that table. The Brass Screw Vendor Coordinator must be notified at the time of table reservation of vendors intending to share space.
Although there is no formal dress code expected of our vendors, we would hope you would contribute to the aesthetics of the event in your choice of clothing for the duration of the vendor space hours of operation.
Vendor agrees to be fully set up and ready for business by opening of the hall and to remain present and operating during all open hours of the vendor space. No early breakdown is allowed without the prior consent of the Brass Screw Vendor Coordinator.
Vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of Washington State Retail Sales Tax.
Applications will be considered by applicability of wares, date of receipt, and balance of vendor hall. Send no money. If selected, you will be contacted with payment instructions (PayPal or check). Payment deadline March 15, 2022
By submitting this application to the Brass Screw Confederacy’s Bazaar of the Bizarre, you agree to be bound by its terms. Moreover, by submitting this application you give Brass Screw Confederacy and Olympic Peninsula Steam permission to use your photograph, video and audio likeness, artwork, profile and/or story in future publications, web pages and other promotional materials. This agreement extends to assistants working at your booth in the vendor hall. You understand the circulation of these materials could be worldwide and that there will be no compensation for this use.
