Bazaar of the Bizarre Vendor Application
Welcome! Thank you for your interest in vending your wares at the 2025 Brass Screw Consortium’s Bazaar of the Bizarre.
We’re switching it up a little this year! The Bazaar of the Bizarre will now be located in the large grassy area, near the street and even closer to all the action. Vendors will be required to bring their own pop-up tents and weights. And as always, our vendor area is free and open to the public!
Details:
Bazaar of the Bizarre hours of operation (hours are subject to change):
Ø Friday, June 13, 3 pm to 6 pm
Ø Saturday, June 14, 10 am to 6 pm
Ø Sunday, June 15, 10 am to 2 pm
By applying you agree to participate throughout the posted hours of operation. Direct inquiries to vendors@brassscrew.org.
Ø Set up will begin promptly at 10 am on Friday, June 13, 2025.
Ø Vendors will need to bring their own tent, weights (at least 50 lbs. per leg), and tent sides. Absolutely nothing may be staked into the ground.
Ø Booth sizes are either 10’x10’ or 10’x20’.
Ø Security will be onsite Friday and Saturday nights, but you should take any valuables with you each evening.
Ø You will set up your tent on a grassy surface, which is fairly level but might have some ups and downs to contend with. Please come prepared for the uneven ground.
Ø Come prepared for all weather, this is June in Washington – we may have rain or wind or both. Or we’ll get extra lucky and the sun will shine down upon our event! Plan accordingly.
Ø Limited electricity may be available. Generators will not be allowed (we are trying to keep the noise down).
Ø If you are a food vendor, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permit from the Jefferson County Health Dept.
